In the summer of 2005, our expert office was requested for the initial review as a result of a fire in an apartment building in Falkon Lake nearby Berlin. The judicial police noted arson as the cause of the fire. Danger to life and limb of the residents of the condominium was not because the fire concerned only the not overbuild underground car park area and the fire brigade was very quick at place. For all that, there was a high smoke development and appropriate fire temperatures emerged. In due of the quick dispersal of the concrete components of the underground car park was built due to the rapid spread of the fire. In the underground car park the cars, bikes and mopeds including not bearing the various fittings were badly damaged. The renovation and restoration took approx. 2,5 months. Our services included the individual performance package for the expert expertise. Later one the performance package for development of the concept for the dismantling and recovery was commissioned after.
