In March 2009 the entire top floor of the Chalet Papillon in Gstaad burnt totally down in due of an electrical malfunction. As a result of fire damages and additional damages (such as amongst others like fire fighting water) the 3-storey Chalet apartment house was uninhabitable. The property damage was about 600 000 CHF.

Our service included the individual performance phases for the expert expertise, construction supervision for the dismantling, recovery and technical support towards to building insurance Berne. The entire rehabilitation and re-covery took about 2 1/2 months.
