For the construction of a planned expansion of a single family house it has come to a fatal construction accident in the summer of 2012. The earthwork is one of the excavators tipped over and the excavator driver was in the roll-bar trapped. He died later from his injury.
Our engineering office was requested by the lawyer of the family of the victim to determine whether the accident on a fault or a lack of construction site logistics or is in due to the failure to comply with the standards for construction sites (SUVA requirements).
